IT Support Technician
We are looking for an entry level IT Technician to support our internal and external (client) data networking systems.
Applicants must possess the following:
- A fundamental understanding of desktop/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting, installation & maintenance and TCP/IP networking
- In depth knowledge of Windows XP, Server 2003, Active Directory and MS Office products
- The ability to troubleshoot systems, components and system/software configurations
- Willingness and ability to work in the field, pulling cable, terminating jacks, and setting up computer & telephone networks
- Ability to lift hardware that may weigh up to 80 pounds
- Clean DMV
Optional experience with the following is desirable:
- Knowledge of Cisco Routers and PIX firewalls
- A+, Net+, Security+, MCP or greater
- Knowledge of VOIP and phone system programming
- Knowledge of Citrix Presentation Server Suite
- Construction / Electrical industry experience

Low Voltage Project Manager
We are currently interviewing for the position of Project Manager. All candidates must be highly experienced in the wiring, installation, troubleshooting and service of custom residential electronic systems including audio, video, lighting control, home automation, telephone, data networking, security systems and climate control integration. Lutron & Crestron system experience imperative. We are looking for the best of the best. Only self-motivated, dedicated, team players need apply. Candidates MUST possess the following:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
- A minimum of 2-5 years experience in the industry
- Clean DMV report and valid CA Driver’s License
- Computer literate in MS Office, contact management, email and internet at a minimum
- You must have 2-5 years of supervisory experience, as well as the proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
