Customer Service

  • The client is asked to complete a satisfaction survey to help us continue to enhance our level of Customer Service.
  • The client can reach Summit Electronic System’s Service Department, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to answer any question, address any problem or schedule a service call.

Warranty

  • Scheduled preventive maintenance visits occur in accordance with the Extended Service Program purchased by the client.
