Project Execution

  • A Project Manager is assigned to supervise the Summit Project Team.
  • The Project Manager coordinates with the General Contractor and other subcontractors to schedule and coordinate the installation of the system.
  • As each phase is completed, the Project Manager goes through a series of quality and completion checklists with the Technicians and, if appropriate, the General Contractor, to ensure the highest quality of installation.
  • As project completion draws near, the Project Manager introduces the Customer Service Manager to the client. The Customer Service Manager will manage the project through completion.

Project Completion

  • The Customer Service Manager handles punch list items and makes necessary changes to finalize the system.
  • The Customer Service Manager schedules client training for each system user. Time varies depending on the size and complexity of the system, but training support is available until all users are comfortable with the system.
  • When the project is complete, the Sales Consultant and Customer Service Manager schedule an appointment with the client to confirm that every aspect of the system performs as specified and contracted.
