Larry Dashiell
Division General Manager / Project Manager
Larry Dashiell has three great boys Evan, Joel and Drew and a beautiful wife Jade. He started learning the electrical field at the ripe old age of 10. He was the shop person for his dad, who founded the company in 1968. He took over company operation in 1986. He is a true entrepreneur, having added two additional divisions to the company; Summit Electrical Service and Summit Electronic Systems. Larry is very active in different industries, serving on many Boards in order to keep up on new directions and to help others in the industry. He is also one of the founders of Redwood Empire Independent, IEC, www.redwoodempireiec.com, which allows for professional training of electricians in our area.
Ian Korte
Project Manager
Ian is a third generation electrician with more than 19 years trade experience. As a California State Certified Journeyman Electrician, Ian came to Summit Electric in 1997 and has been both a working field man and a superintendent on jobs of various sizes which include The Tides Warf & Restaurant, Chateau St. Jeans hospitality building, The McEvoy Olive Oil Ranch in Petaluma and the Yardbirds super store in Martinez. Ian has recently made a career change at Summit Electric by moving from the field into the office to become a project manager. Originally from Long Island New York, Ian came to Sonoma County in 1976 were he now resides in tranquil Occidental with his wife and two teenage sons. In his spare time Ian enjoys camping with his family, ocean kayak fishing, four-wheel drive trips into remote areas and, when time permits, traveling abroad.
Keith Hitman
Project Manager
Keith joined the Summit Electric Team in early 2007 as our Purchasing & Warehouse Manager. In August 2008, Keith was promoted to Project Manager. His sunny disposition, "can do" attitude and attention to detail make him a natural fit for our culture here at Summit Electric. He looks forward to his continued growth with our company. Keith lives in Petaluma with his wife, Bethany, and in his off time, he enjoys fishing, keeping fit and watching football.
Aaron Oberto
Low Voltage Project Manager
Aaron joined the Summit team in 1999 as an electrician, and now works as a Commerical Project Manager. He has worked in construction for twenty years, and is a Bicsi-certified technician and Panasonic phone tech. He has knowledge of and has worked in most aspects of construction, from landscaping to general construction. Aaron lives in Santa Rosa with his wife, and enjoys working on cars, listening to music and watching movies in his time off.
Steve Eisert
Estimator
Steve is a State Certified Journeyman Electrician and a graduate of the Western Electrical Contractors Association program. He has more than five years commercial and industrial experience. He has been employed in the telecom industry, in electrical warehousing, as a warranty technician, and as a lead electrician on special projects. Steve joined the Summit Electric team in 2004. He is now vital to our estimating department and to the implementation of a new bid software program. Steve moved to Sonoma County from the Sacramento area five years ago with his wife and family. He enjoys reading biographies.
Tadina Pratt
Assistant Project Manager
Tadina started working for Summit Electric, Inc. in 2002 as a receptionist. In her current role as Assistant Project Manager, she is learning more about the daily aspects of Project Management. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and the luxury of time with a good book.
Brad Korte
Warehouse / Purchasing Manager
Brad joined the Summit Team in June of 2006. As Warehouse and Purchasing Manager, Brad enjoys ordering parts, problem solving and material planning. Brad lives in Occidental with his two dogs, Tadder & Tott. In his off time, Brad enjoys SCUBA diving and firefighting.
Adam Stiles
Warehouse Assistant
Adam joined the Summit team in June of 2008. He enjoys the challenge of his job and all of the people the works with. Adam lives in Santa Rosa with his girlfriend, Laura. His hobbies include watching and playing sports, and taking walks on the beach.
